The Society publishes three journals. The Transactions on Engineering Management is a peer reviewed journal that focuses on research related to engineering and technology management. The Engineering Management Review is the EMS "journal of practice" focusing on the needs of managers coping with the problems and opportunities related to improving productivity. Engineering Management, The EMS Newsletter , is the EMS approach to keep members current about the Society's activities.

IEEE also provides The IEEE Xplore Digital Library database service to subscribing institutions.
