Purpose and History of IEEE SSCS, Dallas Chapter
The IEEE Solid State Circuit Society in Dallas was formed by a
petition organized by Paul Yu of Texas Instruments
in March, 1999. The purpose is to
promote exchange between local chapter members in the Greater Dallas
area, and to expand our technical horizon relating to all aspects of
solid state circuits which include the design, testing and application
of circuits and subsystems, as well as closely related topics in
device technology and circuit theory.
