Welcome to the NOLA IAS Task Forces

The NOLA IAS Chapter depends on various groups of volunteers to keep the chapter activities going. While most IEEE organizations would call these groups "Committees", the IAS Chapter has chosen the name "Task Forces" to avoid confusion with section committees that have the same function and name. The chapter would like to thank each of the volunteers in the task forces and the task force leaders for all of their work that keeps the chapter going.

There is also a liaison setup with the Related Organizations. These liaisons are the key to coordination between the IAS Chapter activities and those of the related organizations. Without these liaisons, the coordination of the professional technical activities related to industry applications in the New Orleans area would fall apart. They are also shown in the Task Force table.
