The UNLV chapter of the IEEE incorporates the benefits and education of the IEEE in an enjoyable and rewarding format. Student paper contests, scholarships and a resume service provide educational rewards while guest speakers give insight to real world opportunities.

The first step of membership at the collegiate level opens many doors of opportunity for students to begin networking with those currently in the job market along with conversing with other students who share similar interests.

The UNLV chapter of IEEE is a forum for all types of opportunities. Monthly meetings with food and guest speakers inform students of the endless possibilities in the field of engineering. Student/faculty events bring two separate groups together in a relaxed environment.
