Charlie has worked in the ITI industry for over 40 years as an individual contributor, as well as corporate management with International responsibilities. Positions held include Senior Engineering Operations Manager, and Corporate Product Safety Manager. Services include development of Product Safety Programs, safety certification of products, accident and fire analysis, and technical advisory for development of products and compliance with safety standards.

Thomas Ha has 12 years of product safety and regulatory compliance experience and is a partner with G&M Compliance, Inc., located in the city of Orange , CA. G&M Compliance laboratory provides Product Safety, EMC, EMI, NEBS testing and consulting. We assist clients with the certification of UL, CSA, CE, EN, IEC, FCC, Belcore, European, China , South Korea , Russia and various International Standards. G&M Compliance is part of the Underwriters Laboratories Certificated Agency (CAP) program under the category of ITE – Information Technology Equipment.

Thomas is currently responsible for sales, marketing and business development for G&M Compliance, Inc. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a MBA in Business Administration. He is a member of the IEEE – Product Safety society, Society of Business Incubators and IAEI - International Association of Electrical Inspectors
