Grand Coulee Dam Tour

On August 15, 2009, the IEEE Richland PES Chapter organized a tour of Grand Coulee Dam that included transportation to and from the dam.  46 people participated in the tour and were treated to a private behind-the-scenes tour which included areas not open to the public.
