General Meeting Info
Meetings will take place 6PM on the second Wednesday of every other (even) month.
Meetings are held at:
Lockheed-Martin,
4770 Eastgate Mall
Food is served starting at 6PM and the 1 hour lecture begins at 6:30.
Foreign nationals (i.e.
non-US citizens) must be cleared for our meetings at Lockheed which requires
the completion of the zipped electronic
MS Word form at least three days prior to the meeting. Please email it to
Jim Vaccaro (jim.vaccaro--AT--lmco.com). I've taken the liberty of
filling out the static part of the form. I think all that remains to be
filled out by an attendee is the Dates of Visit (4th line of Visit
Information), the first line of the Visitor Information section, and the Dual
Citizenship checkbox beneath.
