Gary has 25 years of management, operations and consulting experience in the
telecommunications and information technology industries. His experience includes
12 years of working with multiple electric and gas utilities as both a telecom partner
and internal consultant establishing unregulated telecom/Internet businesses. Gary is 
the Founder & President of IP Networks, a utilities-based Last Mile telecommunications 
carrier focused on delivering mission critical networking solutions and global connectivity
to enterprises operating in Northern California.

Prior to founding IP Networks in 2000, Gary co-founded and managed two facilities-based 
telecommunications carriers, a regional CLEC and a European-based wireless carrier.
His operational experience includes all facets of corporate and business development,
sales & marketing, operations, administration, and regulatory oversight at the federal,
state and municipal levels. Prior to his operational roles, Gary was a Corporate
Development Consultant for several domestic and international corporations.
For the 13 years in this role, he focused on value creation through technology and business
alliances ranging from the desktop to the monopoly telephone carriers' central offices.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College.
