About Us
The IEEE San Fransisco Bay Area Nanotechnology Council Chapter became the first IEEE Chapter of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council (NTC) in June of 2006. It is part of the San Fransisco/Oakland Eastbay/Santa Clara Valley Joint Section of IEEE Region 6. IEEE members can join the NTC by electing to receive its publications. Anyone can join or remove themselves from the email distribution list of the IEEE SFBA Nanotechnology Council Chapter by choosing Join Mailing List. . Those on the email distribution list will be notified by email about our monthly seminars and upcoming Nanotechnology events of interest.
