Dominic Massetti
Dominic Massetti has 33 years of Electronic Industry experience with a specialty in semiconductor IC device and process development.
He is currently Chief of Technology Commercialization for The Enterprise Network of Silicon Valley, an established incubator for high-tech sector entrepreneurship. His focus is identifying emerging applications and University related research results that have the potential for business exploitation. This last April he addressed the UCB Haas Business School Nanotechnology Forum on the subject of their Graduate's Accomplishments in Nanotechnology.
He recently began his consulting firm with a focus on investment related new technology analysis, and the acceleration of new product commercialization.
He most recently served as Senior Director of Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, for HDD industry leader Seagate Technology. Prior to that, he was Director of Technology Development & Quality Systems at Texas Instruments. Additionally he held technology development and factory management positions at Philips Semiconductor and NCR Microelectronics.
He holds six patents in semiconductor process technology. In addition to past technical publications, he has authored recent on-line news reviews on nanotechnology related subjects.
Mr. Massetti holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Solid State Physics from the University of California, San Diego. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from St. Mary's College of California. |

Kris Verma
Since 1972, Dr. Kris Verma has worked in various high technology companies, including HP, Tektronix, National Semiconductor, and Seagate. Over three decades he has developed many silicon IC processes and transferred them to manufacturing. In addition, he has managed various R&D groups in the high tech industry engaged in IC product development and he has taught courses at the UC Berkeley-extension. He has a lifetime teaching certificate from the state of California. Dr. Verma has been with Silicon Valley Technical Institute (SVTII) since February, 2004, as a Sr. Faculty Member and Program Director where he has been teaching various upper division semiconductor seminars and courses.
He has been an active IEEE Senior Member and was the recipient
of the Millennium IEEE medal in 2000. Dr. Verma has been Plenary Chair in the ISQED since its founding in 1999. He has contributed in many IEEE meetings and was an Executive Director for the Bay Area Council of IEEE (1995-1998). In October, 2004, he was nominated as a Steering Committee member of the IEEE San Francisco Bay Area Nanotechnology Council.
Dr. Verma has published over 17 papers in the semiconductor field. He earned his BS and MS in India and his PhD and MBA from the University of Utah and the University of Portland, respectively.

Nitin Parekh
Nitin Parekh is currently Vice President of Marketing, Business Development & Applications at NanoNexus. He has over 20 years experience in business development, marketing, technology development and productization in the semiconductor and systems industries in the USA, Europe and Asia. Previously he was with Novellus Systems where he was the General Manager of the Optical Products Business Unit. While at Novellus he also led the Strategic Marketing and Business Development organization and led the team that acquired Gasonics International Corporation. Prior to Novellus Systems, he was with Texas Instruments where he had dual responsibility for strategic planning and technology development and productization for removal storage and hard disk drive applications with a worldwide team based in the USA, Germany and Japan. He has also held a variety of management positions at Silicon Systems and Philips (Netherlands) and started his career at Xerox PARC. He is the author or inventor of over 20 publications and/or patents and has a MS degree from Stanford University along with an MBA from UCLA.

Neha Choksi
Neha Choksi is a founding member of SmallTech Consulting. Currently, Neha also teaches Introduction to Nanotechnology at Foothill College. She has worked for startups and premier firms as an Engineering Manager and Director of Business Development, and as a Strategic Management Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Neha is active in multiple IEEE chapters and has served as treasurer of IEEE Women in Engineering. She has earned an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
