Here is a short list of IEEE conferences of interest to EDS folks:
IEEE International Solid State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) is typically held during the
second week in February. The IEEE ISSCC Conference is always held in San Francisco, California.

The IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) is typically held between
mid-March and mid-April at various locations around the USA.

The International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS) Summer Public Conference
is typically held in mid-July in San Francisco, California in conjunction with the
Semicon West trade show.

The IEEE International Conference on Simulation of Semiconductor Processes and Devices
(SISPAD) is typically held during the month of September. The IEEE SISPAD Conference
meeting location alternates between the USA, Europe, and Asia.
