Women In Engineering (WIE) affinity group of the Santa Clara Valley (SCV) section is a standing committee of IEEE. We are an IEEE group, and any IEEE member is welcome to join us. Students enjoy FREE WIE membership!

We meet every 4th Wednesday of the month to discuss how:

  • To increase participation of women in IEEE
  • To create a comfortable environment for women in IEEE to meet, network, and develop their careers
  • To encourage girls and young women to pursue careers in any engineering discipline as well as computer science
Meetings are open to ALL so please don't hesitate to attend!
