Mobile Gaming Development

The IEEE San Fernando Valley Section held its Special Speakers Series presentation for Dec 13th, 2007, titled "Game Technology - Mobile Development Platforms" presented by William Fisher, president of Quicksilver Software, at the Faculty Club at the Orange Grove, California State University at Northridge.

Mr. William Fisher is the Chair of Handheld Technology in IEEE-Orange County, within the Game Special Interest Group, and a member of the Computer Society Task Force on Game technology.

He is the President of Quicksilver Software. He and his company have developed interactive Game, Simulation, Education, Security, Military and commercial and retail products for both desktop and mobile platforms. 

Mr. Fisher is a seasoned veteran, having founded Quicksilver Software over 20 years ago. His talk will cover the Mobile Development Platforms and the Mobile market, as well as his experience with past mobile projects and their challenges.
