A bit about Tuscany, the Restaurant
Tuscany, awarded one of America,s Top Restaurants by the Zagat survey since
1997, is the result of an extensive remodel of an historic restaurant at
the base of the Wasatch Mountains. It is built in the style of an old
Italian mountain lodge with fireplaces in a warm, cozy environment. The
menu is Italian at heart, but is influenced by fresh ingredients and
cooking styles indigenous to the West.
