After you and your manager have a meeting
1 Do you feel that you covered the items that you wanted to cover?
2 Did you receive the input/feedback you were looking for?
3 Did your manager clearly understand what you were saying?
4 Did your manager question you on some or any of the items you discussed?
5 Did your manager answer all or some of your questions?
If you answered no to one or more of these questions come to our WIE April 1
round table discussion. We will be brainstorming these issues.

WIE Affinity Group First Anniversary Celebration
"WIE is celebrating its first year anniversary on the same day. I think
we have accomplished a great deal in our first year, but I believe that
there is so much untapped potential in this group. I very much hope that
many members will come to this event and with their ideas, energy and
enthusiasm shape the second year of this affinity; share with all the
fellow members what is good, bad and must improves." Visda
Refreshments will be served. Event is free.
