| Abstract
|
You have a Great Idea for a business, and you're not sure how to get started. Or you think you'd like to be in business for yourself some time in the future. In this seminar, we'll describe what we learned in launching the Open Instrument Project at Syscomp Electronic Design. We'll talk about the rewards of being in business, what you need - and don't need - to bootstrap an enterprise, and some of the pitfalls to avoid in an electronics business.
