This meeting is open to IEEE Toronto Section members only.
For this meeting we will be using the IEEE Toronto Section Online Community
Chat Room.
To access the Online Community you require an IEEE Web Account.
If you do not have one, you can get one right away using this link.
(you will need to enter your IEEE member number from your membership card
and the PIN from your membership invoice or confirmation letter)

The View from the Top" article appeared in the November issue of IEEE
Spectrum magazine. In this article 40 high-tech gurus were asked
what they thought the most important, significant, innovative technology
of the last 40 years has been; what is forthcoming and which technology
has evolved in a surprising way? What do you think? What
would your reply be to each of these questions? We are part of an
evolving industry. Things are changing, improving in a dauntingly
fast pace. How well informed we are of our industry, directly
affects our ability to apply our knowledge and direct our strengths and
passion in the right way and to control our career. To view the
