Dear IEEE Toronto GOLD member:
The purpose of GOLD is to help young engineers bridge the transition
from school to work life. GOLD gives young engineers an opportunity to
network with their colleagues and attend events pertaining to their
interest. Anyone who has graduated from University within last decade
automatically becomes a member of GOLD.
Our group works according to the IEEE GOLD goals, focusing on organizing
activities that are relevant to its members and the Institute. Come out,
share your experiences, let your peers know what is or might be of
interest to You. This meeting is an opportunity to plan this year's
event, as well as to develop and promote strategies to encourage
participation of GOLD members. By attending this meeting You will help
Your IEEE Section understand issues relevant to You; and if You choose
so, You will be more than welcome to participate in addressing them.
Come out, share experiences, network, relax and have fun!
Officers of Toronto IEEE GOLD:
Chair: Aleksandra J.
Vice-Chair: Liselle R.
Secretary/Treasurer: Open position (volunteer sought)
