IEEE Toronto Section Executive Committee Biographies
The operation of the IEEE Toronto Section is managed by the Section Executive committee, whose members are elected or appointed every two years. On each of these pages, we introduce a member of the committee who volunteers his or her time and energy to deliver the services that the IEEE Toronto Section provides. Emanuel Istrate, Student Member - Circuits & Devices Chapter Chair

Emanuel received the Bachelor's of Applied Science in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto. He is currently a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. His research interests include photonic crystals and passive optic devices.
