IEEE Toronto Section Executive Committee Biographies
The operation of the IEEE Toronto Section is managed by the Section Executive committee, whose members are elected or appointed every two years. On each of these pages, we introduce a member of the committee who volunteers his or her time and energy to deliver the services that the IEEE Toronto Section provides. On your behalf, we recognize their invaluable contributions.

Aleksandra has received BEng and MEng degrees from McMaster University in 1998 and 2002, respectively.

In 2000 she took a position in the Electrical Engineering group of Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation in Mississauga. Her responsibilities include design support for replacement medium to large hydro generator windings, and the analysis of machine parameters. Aleksandra has attended a number of DEIS sponsored conferences and is a member of working groups updating IEEE standards. She expects to become Licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario by the end of this year.

Alex assumed the duties of GOLD Affinity Group Chair in October 2003
