IEEE Toronto Section Executive Committee Biographies
The operation of the IEEE Toronto Section is managed by the Section
Executive committee, whose members are elected or appointed every two
years. On each of these pages, we introduce a member of the committee who
volunteers his or her time and energy to deliver the services that the
IEEE Toronto Section provides. On your behalf, we recognize their
invaluable contributions.

Jose Reyes - GOLD Affinity Group Membership Development
Jose has been working as a consultant in the energy industry since 2003. He has conducted projects for banks and industries in the areas of energy savings, generation, power quality and automation systems. Obtained in 2003 his Bachelor in Electrical Eng. at “Simón Bolívar” University (Caracas, Venezuela). In 2006, got a Master's degrees in Finance at IESA (Caracas, Venezuela).
During his career has conducted researches in the fields of electricity markets, financial risk and energy management. Jose has been an active IEEE volunteer since 1999, playing different positions at the IEEE Venezuela Section.
