    Awards - Two of Toronto's IEEE Senior Members are being honoured by IEEE Canada.   Miro Forest is the 2005 recipient of IEEE Canada's W.S. Read Outstanding Service Award and Kostas Plataniotis is the 2005 recipient of IEEE Canada's Outstanding Engineering Educator Award - more information.   Tima Tahmoures-Zadah, a University of Toronto undergraduate student, is receiving the 2005 IEEE Canadian Foundation Dr. Robert T.H.
