"Project Management - Meeting those Pesky Requirements" by Celia Desmond — November 5 & 6, 2007 revised date
. This two day seminar is for those who manage or work on projects, but have little or no formal training in the field. The course touches on key process areas described in the Project Management Institute's "Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge", including Project Integration, Scope Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management, Quality Management, Communications Management, Human Resources.
