. This two day seminar is for those who manage or work on projects, but have little or no formal training in the field. The course touches on key process areas described in the Project Management Institute's "Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge", including Project Integration, Scope Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management, Quality Management, Communications Management, Human Resources. Celia Desmond (SMIEEE) was recognized with the
2007 IEEE Canada W. S. Read Outstanding Service Award
for her outstanding service to the profession and to the society,
in Canada and abroad.
The IEEE Toronto Section would like to congratulate Celia Desmond for her achievement and thank her for her service to the profession.
