The IEEE Power Engineering Society (PES) 2003 meeting will be held at the Sheraton Centre in Toronto, Canada from July 13-17, 2003. This power engineering conference will bring together practising power engineering engineers and academics from around the world. The aim of the conference is to provide, share, and discuss various issues and developments in the field of electrical power engineering.
