Showcase of Innovation
Showcase of Innovation:
The 2003 Showcase of Innovation will feature displays of new or soon-to-be introduced products of interest to the electrical power industry.

Companies can apply for a tabletop space located in the "hub" area of the conference.
 
Showcase Criteria:
For inclusion in the Showcase of Innovation, technologies must include:
  1. Introduction of an innovative, "groundbreaking" concept or application.
  2. Demonstrative benefits to the power industry.
  3. Demonstrative potential to significantly change the power industry.
  4. The capability of being displayed on a 6 foot table top.
 
Selection Process:
  1. Describe the product or concept.
  2. Outline features that make the technology innovative and groundbreaking.
  3. Explain how the technology will significantly change the power industry.
  4. Explain how the product or service exemplifies the conference theme - Empowering ideas…transforming leading edge thinking into practical solutions.
 
Display Details:
  • Location - Sheraton Centre Hotel within registation / information booth area.
  • Set up Saturday, July 12 for opening Sunday, July 13.
  • Tear down, Thursday, July 17 afternoon.
  • Showcase can be staffed or can function as display only.
 
Investment:
$750 U.S. - includes the hosting of attendee coffee breaks in the Showcase area.
