Mr. Abd Ali Al-Wazeer

 Mr. Abd Ali Al-Wazeer is IT Infrastructure Manager who is managing IT Technical sections (Computer Operations, Networking and Telecommunication sections) on Ahli United Bank.  Mr. Al-Wazeer obtained his B.S. in Geology and Chemistry from University of Kuwait in 1973.

 Abd Ali started his IT carrier as a System Programmer in Bahrain Petroleum Company until 1984 where he joined Al-Ahli Commercial Bank. He had been promoted to IT Information Technology Manager since 1992. He had been seconded to Retail Banking Section in the Bank on 1999 for 2 years where he was playing the role of liaising between banking business and IT for deploying the required technologies on enhancing the business processes.  After merging between Al-Ahli Commercial Bank and United bank of Kuwait , which form Ahli United bank, Abd Ali was also assigned as IT Infrastructure Manager on 2001. 

 Abd Ali is a Member of IEEE since 1999. He is also a member of Bahrain Information Technology Society since its inception and served as a Treasurer for 4 years.
