Dr. Isa S. Qamber is an Electrical Power Systems Specialist. He
received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from
Dr. Isa Qamber was an X-chairman from February 1996 till April 2000 for
Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Currently,
he is Professor in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department and the
Dean of Applied Studies College (University of
Bahrain).
Dr. Isa Qamber is a member of the CIGRE, the Bahrain Society of Engineers and the IEEE PES Society. Dr. Isa Qamber established the IEEE Bahrain Section. His research interests include studying the reliability of power systems and plants.
