About the Chapter
Founded in
1984, the MTT/AP Joint Chapter is one of the oldest in the IEEE Germany Section.
It represents the topics of the
Microwave Theory
and Techniques (MTT) and
Antennas and
Propagation (AP) technical societies and currently comprises more than 650
members throughout Germany. The core purpose of the Chapter is to foster the
advancement and application of RF and microwave theory, antenna technology,
propagation of electromagnetic waves and related topics.
What we do
Members of MTT-S are engaged in research, development, design, or manufacturing
of high frequency materials, antennas, RF devices, circuits, components, or
systems. The chapter organises and supports related technical events in Germany
such as conferences, workshops or lectures.
