IEEE Nigeria Section - Election Results

Ballot period was from 2nd December 2010 to 7th January 2011. At the end of voting, 15% of members participated in the ballot process – a percentage higher than 10% required for elections at the HQ. Hence, the result is considered valid. The following are thus elected to serve IEEE Nigeria Section:- 1. Section Chair – Dr Gloria Chukwudebe SMIEEE, FNSE 2. Section Vice Chair – Engr Raphael Onoshakpor MIEEE, MNSE 3. Section Secretary – Engr Oyewole Funso-Adebayo MIEEE, MNSE 4. Section Treasurer – Engr Chidinma Ibeh MIEEE, MNSE The positions of Vice Secretary and Publicity Secretary had no nominations. The executive committee, in conjunction with other Section officials, appointed the following members to serve in the position. 5. Section Publicity Secretary – Prince Ikenna Ibe MIEEE 6.
