On behalf of the entire IEEE Nigeria GOLD team, may I welcome you to Nigeria, the land of great wealth and opportunities.

My team is working hard to set a remarkable standard in the history of IEEE in Nigeria. We hope to create greater avenues for networking and self improvements in various fields of endeavor.

This website has been developed to create an avenue for greater coorperation amongst GOLD members. We'll use this online medium in bridging the gap created by distance and communication lapses.

May I welcome you all to the year 2009!
2008 has come and gone. Take a short moment and draw a list of your achievements. Next, write down your failures. Before you conclude, make a comparison and see how you really faired in 2008.

The good news is that 2008 is gone. 2009 presents new opportunities for increase. It also gives us the opportunity to make corrections and move on to greater heights.

Let's start the year with ensuring that your membership has been renewed. If you are not yet a member, please click on the link "join IEEE" today.

Take time to participate more in IEEE activities this year.
