The journal was established by the Nigeria Section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE) Inc, New York, USA to publish short
technical papers(maximum of 8 double-spaced pages) within the IEEE designated fields in a relatively short time. First time review of a submitted paper is
expected to be completed within 3 months.The goal of the journal is to contribute to rapid industrial development of Nigeria in particular and Africa in
general via the publication of topical and relevant papers from a theoretical(academic) and practical(industrial) points of view.Submitted papers
should have the potential of aiding an invention or a technological breakthrough for african use.
