via Microsoft Word(MSWORD) or Portable Document Format(PDF) are preferred. The email should have in its SUBJECT line 'PAPER FOR JOURNAL IEEE NIG'.A prospective author may suggest to the editors the names of reviewers suitable for his/her paper. The editors are however not obliged to use any of the suggested reviewers.Each paper should be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 150 words and a list of 5 keywords. The title of the paper and the names, institutional(and email) addresses of the author
should be clearly indicated.Where a submission is a joint paper,there should be an explicit individual statement made by each of the authors whereby their
consent is given to the editors to consider the paper for publication.A paper should be typed double-spaced and occupy a maximum of eight A4-sized pages.
The author of an accepted paper shall pay a publication charge of US$20(or N3,000 nigerian currency equivalent), shortly before the paper is
published,to defray administrative and processing costs.A statement of commitment to pay this charge should accompany a submitted paper.This charge shall be paid to the designated bank account of the journal(Authors whose papers are not accepted for publication would not be required to pay the charges).All correspondence pertaining to an accepted paper should be directed to the Editor-in-Chief. ******************************************************
