Submissions to the journal must be relevant to
engineers and engineering scientists in the industry
and the academia. Papers are welcome on power systems
engineering,communications engineering,control,measurement and instrumentation
engineering,material science & device technology, computer science and engineering, engineering mathematics and related areas. The journal is
published as a 2-part single volume. Part A is for papers dealing with industrial experiences while Part B contains original research papers from the academic
point of view.Papers are welcome from both Nigeria and the international community. A prospective author need not be a member of the IEEE Nigeria Section before his/her paper is published. The journal currently publishes only a web edition, twice in a year-January/February and July/August(In
the maiden year(2006),only one edition shall be published).The print edition would follow later. Papers should be easily readable and be written in a
lucid language comprehensible to readers who are not working within the immediate subject area.
