 The 1st IEEE Iberian Student Branch Congress was born from an initiative between the Instituto Superior Técnico and the Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco’s Student Branches, with the aim of having together, for the first time in IEEE history, all of the IEEE student members from Portugal and Spain, as well as other students and guests from other IEEE Region 8 countries (Europe, Africa, Middle East and Russia). |
