Attention please!
Booking of hotel is necessary for carrying out till 24.04.2009. After April, 24 we cancel the remained hotel suites, and we cannot guarantee presence of them.The booking confirmation is valid only if the following conditions are respected:
Terms of Payment
Payments are to be made in concerted before hard currency (EURO or RUB) by the way of bank transfer or credit card.
We accept payment by credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, DINERS CLUB)
The prepayment in the amount of 100% of all services should be made to MIR TRAVEL not later than 6 of April, 2009.
The payment must be made in accordance with an Invoice received from the MIR TRAVEL.
In case of credit card payment, the details of the procedure are indicated in the Credit Card Authorization Form, which will be sent to you. Also we need a scanned copy of your passport (page with a photo) and a scanned copy of your credit card (both sides), which can be sent by e-mail conf@mirtc.spb.ru
The services are considered to be fully paid only after the total sum of the mentioned invoice enters the MIR TRAVEL account.
Terms of Cancellation
The cancellation of rendered services should be made in written form only.
In case of cancellation of accommodation MIR TRAVEL has a right to apply to the following penalties:
- Free of charge cancellation can be done before the 7th of April 2009
- Cancellation received between 7th of April and the 13th of April – the cost of 1 night will be charged;
- Cancellation received later than 13th of April - 100% of all booked nights
In case of cancellation of transfers MIR TRAVEL has a right to apply to the following penalties:
- Free of charge cancellation can be done before the 14th of May;
- Cancellation received later than 14th of May - 100% of all booked transfers will be charged
