Paper Submission
To submit a paper author should prepare the full paper in .doc or .pdf formats in accordance with the template (RTF-format, PDF-format) and send it to the Conference e-mail address eurocon2009@ieee.org with indication of an appropriate track (TPC) shown in the Technical Topics. The paper may be sent without a track indication. In such case the Program Committee will choose the track or send the paper to a special session.
The full paper should be sent before the Full Paper Submission Deadlines.
After a paper receiving the Program Committee forwards it to reviewers and then, taking into consideration reviewers’ opinion, sends to authors a Paper Acceptance Notification Deadlines).
After obtaining such notification authors should perform the following:
- Convert a paper into the Camera-Ready Form;
- Send it to the Conference e-mail address eurocon2009@ieee.org;
- Register at the Conference (see page: Registration and Fees);
- Contact the Tourist Agency (see page: Accommodation and Visa Support) to book a hotel and obtain a Russian Visa support.
Comment: It is possible to participate in the Conference without a paper. In such cases the registration should be performed in accordance with the rules shown on the page Registration and Fees, also a hotel reservation and visa support must be in accordance with the Tourist Agency instructions (see page: Accommodation and Visa Support).
