Support
Registration
Every EUROCON 2009 participant (Author, Co-author, Visitor, etc.) should register and pay the registration fee. Every submitted paper must by register separately.
To register You must use procedure.
We must receive payment before Your registration is complete. Registrations received without payment will not be accepted. Please click “Payment” into procedure. After Your payment is received, You will receive a confirmation letter by E-mail with receipt and complete registration details.
Your payment should be throght April 15, 2009. Registration cancellation can be made until April 5, 2009. After the April 5, 2009, refund will not be possible.
If You had layed aside Your payment You may return to it by button.
It is possible to support IEEE members from less rich countries in Region 8 by Region 8 IEEE Voluntary Contribution Fund. This page provides basic information on the Region 8 IEEE Voluntary Contribution Fund. Please, feel free to contact VCF coordinator to ask about the support.
Also it is possible for authors from developing countries to apply a reduced registration fee (accordingly to Conference Organizing Committee decision) after their papers acceptance.
If you need in such support, please register on-line by standard way, fulfill the request form and send it (no later March 25, 2009) to Organizing Committee, Your Track Chair and Conference Treasurer. When an approval decision will be made, your payment will be by an individual way.
Visa Requests
There are 2 (two) ways for Visa Support:
- Tourist visa given with a lodging in hotel via procedure of hotel reservation
- Visa for scientific cooperation given by Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI” via participant’s/guest’s request
