Registration and Fees
Every EUROCON 2009 participant (Author, Co-author, Visitor, etc.) should and pay the registration fee1
The registration fee covers conference materials, Proceedings on CD, coffee-break and lunches during conference sessions, entrance for one person to the friendly supper, transfers from lodging to conference sessions and entrance for one person to some program social events.

This page provides basic information on the Region 8 IEEE Voluntary Contribution Fund. Please, feel free to contact VCF coordinator to ask about the support.
Also it is possible for authors from developing countries to apply a reduced registration fee (accordingly to Conference Organizing Committee decision) after their papers acceptance.(2) Students are required to show a valid student ID card or letter from the university confirming full-time student status at the time of registration.
(3) Guest’s fee (without publication) covers Proceedings on CD, coffee-break and lunches during conference sessions, also entrance for one person to the friendly supper.
(4) Accompanying Person’s fee covers entrance for one person to the friendly supper and entrance for one person to some program social events.
(5) Advance registration closes Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Advance registration fees and payments accepted through April 15, 2009. Regular fees apply after that date.
Please note that
- only one paper can be included into the Proceedings by paying one registration fee;
- the publication of any paper in the Proceedings implies
- minimum one registered author with an early paid registration fee
- or with a regular paid registration fee no later April 25, 2009.
