Approximately 3000 IEEE members will be awarded the IEEE
Millennium Medal this year. Nominations were submitted by various
IEEE entities to recognize members who have made outstanding
contributions to the entities respective fields of interest.
Medalists will be recognized at various IEEE meetings as indicated
by the nominating entities. A special event will be held at the
annual IEEE Honors Ceremony in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
to honor past IEEE presidents and IEEE Medal of Honor
recipients.
A complete list of Millennium Medal Recipients will be posted
