Announcement to R10 Section Chairs - Call for Proposals for TENCON 2013

Dear Section Chairs,

I would like to invite Sections to submit a proposal to host TENCON 2013. Your proposal should provide information on the following:

1. Venue of Conference, City, etc
2. Proposed Dates
3. Proposed Theme, Focus and Scope of Conference
4. Info on Hotel such as Hotel rates, star-rating, etc.
5. Proposed Fees (Member, Non-member, Student member, Student Non-member)
6. Accessibility to the City by Air
7. Preliminary Budget
8. Other relevant information (photos of city and venue, if possible) – Attractions of City
