Region 10 Membership Development

Call for Proposals

Based on the action plan of R10 Membership Development Committee in 2009, we are now open to receive proposals from all the local sections for the following activities:

1. MD Publicity Project Incentive
   For each new membership development publicity project, a subsidy up to USD500 can be granted. All the proposals will be peer-reviewed by the MDC and totally 4 projects will be granted.
2. Session Growth Incentive
   For the top 5 sessions which have the highest growth rate of higher grade membership will be granted USD200 for each.
3. Senior Membership Elevating Incentive
   For the top 10 sessions which have the largest numbers of senior and fellow membership elevation, a subsidy USD200 will be granted for each.

To apply for the above-mentioned budgets, please send your proposal by 30 June, 2009, to

with the following information included:

1. Event/Project Title
2. Date and venue
3. Organizer/coordinator and Section Name
4. Brief description (proposal)
   • purpose, arrangements, budget, ….
   • posters, leaflets, web publicity, … (For Publicity project)

After the completion of the project/program, you will also be required to submit a summary and an outcome report.
