Call for R10 Student/GOLD/WIE Congress 2008 Organizing Team

          Region 10 Student/GOLD Congress was successfully held in Beijing in July 2006. The R10 Student Activity Committee (SAC) calls for organizing committee for the fourth congress to be held in 2008. It is proposed to hold a joint student/ GOLD/ WIE congress. The details are attached and an operations manual for student congress can be downloaded from the below mentioned link.

The proposal for the student congress should include
  1. Congress Theme
  2. Reasons for Application
  3. Desired Objectives
  4. Proposed Venue & Dates
  5. Proposed Budget for student congress
  6. Proposed Budget for  GOLD/WIE congress  
  7. Others, if any

All preliminary proposals should be submitted by email to
