In accordance with the Region 3 Operations Manual, each standing committee

will be reviewed every four years in order to determine the administrative and

management effectiveness of committee operations.



Committee review activity in 1998 is as follows:



     Educational Activities - Final Report to EXCOM  1/98



     Student Activities - Reed Thompson was assigned this review in 1997 to be

                                 completed in 1998.
