The Region 3 meeting information, agendas, and reports received are

I also urge Region and Excom members to submit their reports prior to 
the meeting according to the guidelines posted on the web at 
https://sandbox.ieee.org/r3_dgg/r3rptgl.html . Please send your report
to both section Alias sec-r03@ieee.org and the Excom alias
r3-excom1998@ieee.org by Wednesday April 22nd so that folks may
received them before they travel to the meeting. If you are
bringing a written report, please make sure you bring sufficient
copies to handout all members (approximately 60 members.)

The minutes of the Region Meeting from 1997 were distributed by the 
previous secretary and approved by e-mail. The minutes of the February 
Excom will be distributed by e-mail shortly and will approved at the 
meeting.
