First, let me acknowledge the excellent work of our Past Chair, Billy Allen
(Memphis).  Billy did a terrific job for us.

Next, I would to send best wishes to John Liegeois.  John would have been
our Council Chair but has taken a position with SIEMENS in Milwaukee, WI.
Thanks for serving Region 3 and good luck in Region 4.

The TN Council has not conducted a formal meeting since we met in Orlando.
However, there is a possiblity that we will have a meeting in Knoxville
this fall.

We are excited about having SoutheastCon 2000 in Nashville, TN.  The
Council plans to help the conference committee in every way possible.
