The resume committee will refine and enhance the products for members during the year. - SPAC: Slowly, students and student leaders inquire about SPAC's in Region 3. As you know, the half life of student knowledge of SPAC's is just over a year. We must depend on each PACE and Excom member to promote the benefits of SPAC's. - PACE Training: George McClure maintains growing knowledge of IEEE-USA, its programs, and its goals. George plans to educate all that will listen and learn at SEC99 in March. - PAOC Vice Chair: Carl Hussey has agreed to become the PAOC vice chair. As you know, we lost Dave Hulett to a job transfer to another region. Wecome aboard Carl. - Pre-college Education: Michael Ingram and Rachel Farmer are actively serving on the IEEE-USA pre-college education committee. Each is ready to help others in the region to become better facilitators of young students. Enjoying science and math before college can lead better students to engineering. I would like to thank Dave King for his hard work with this committee over the last few years. - PAOC Awards: Guy Meador will continue to tap the region for the best professional activists and see that individuals are recognized for their volunteer work. Guy will call on you for nominations. Respectfully, Don Hill, chair PAOC
