Subject: Summary Report e-Conferencing Project

The e-Conferencing Project has established a web site
https://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/e-conf to provide an introduction to the
project, status and general information to solicit comments.

The overall project is behind schedule by approximately 2 weeks; however,
this is early in the project and the target is not expected to be impacted.
The next major milestone involves  the union of the tool set and the meeting
types. The meetings of the Communications Committee is being targeted for
this design effort.

A more detailed report will be delivered in  the Region 3 meeting.
