This information will kept updated. The URL is https://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/excom/meetings/1999-12/agendas.html . The page also contains links to the hotel, a local map, report guidelines, Region 3 Travel Policy, and an Excel Expense report form. Note that this meeting has some special events: Southeastcon 2000 hotel tour, e-conference training, installfest, and Tennessee Council meeting. When we get to about a week out from the meeting, I will start updating the page with a .zip file which contains all of the submitted reports to aid in downloading the site. A private area in the Region 3 Site which has password access has been established. Information such as the full roster information for the Excom will be kept there. The access information will be furnished upon request. Be sure to keep IEEE informed regarding change of address and change of officer information. Keeping up with this information is an age-old problem and it has probably been worse by the advent of electronic communication. Who to notify: 1. Address changes: IEEE (member-services-3@ieee.org) or https://services1.ieee.org/membersvc/coa/intro.htm or 1 800 678-4333. A follow-up note to 2. Officer reporting: https://www.ieee.org/organizations/rab/scs/Officerforms.html or IEEE REGIONAL ACTIVITIES, 445 Hoes Lane, P.O. Box 1331, Piscataway, NJ 08855-1331, USA or FAX: (908) 463-9359 or EMAIL: scs-officer-report@ieee.org or (732) 562-5513. Congratulations to Bill Harrison and Bill Ratcliff for leading two Region 3 team efforts that have been quite successful. Both teams presented their work at Sections Congress '99 and garnered additional support for follow-on efforts. Region 3 was actually cited by the Vice President of Regional Activities for it's many innovative programs that were prototyped in the Region and rolled out to the larger IEEE community. Finally, it has been a pleasure to work with Dale Caston and the rest of the Excom during the last two years. Respectfully submitted, Dave -- David G. Green IEEE Region 3 Secretary (1998-9)
