Relations Bob Duggan At the 1/18 Preliminary ExCom meeting we had good participation by the SPC members, including Bob Duggan (Chair), Bill Ratcliff (Vice- Chair), Dale Caston, Roy Harris, Deb Powers, Vernon Powers, Dick Riddle, and Reed Thompson. We encourage all ExCom members to become conversant with MSChat and e- conferencing. This is another opportunity for Region 3 to make its mark on the IEEE. The updating of the Reg 3 History is actively underway with the strong leadership of Vernon Powers and the able assistance of Joey Duvall and Sully Sullivan.
